The Government of Kerala has launched the 12th phase of its Rubber Production Incentive Scheme, continuing support for natural rubber growers through a guaranteed price mechanism. Under the scheme, RSS-4 grade sheet rubber will receive a guaranteed price of Rs.250 per kg. New growers can register until 23 October 2026. The move is significant for the downstream rubber industry as stable raw-material prices can influence the cost structure of rubber-product manufacturers and MSMEs.
