Rubber Board expands EUDR readiness and export facilitation measures
|
| |
|

The Rubber Board continues to strengthen its export facilitation initiatives by expanding support services aimed at helping Indian exporters comply with evolving international trade requirements. A major focus remains on assisting exporters in meeting the requirements of the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) through improved registration processes and supply chain traceability systems.
To support exporters, the Board has introduced several initiatives, including a Digital Trade Information Portal, Virtual Trade Fair platform, Certificate of Origin services, and various export promotion programmes. These measures are intended to simplify export procedures, improve market access, and enhance the global competitiveness of Indian rubber products.
The initiatives are expected to particularly benefit exporters targeting European markets, where regulatory compliance and product traceability have become increasingly important. By strengthening digital infrastructure and export support mechanisms, the Rubber Board aims to help Indian manufacturers maintain their presence in international markets while adapting to changing global trade regulations.
