She explained, the new labour laws 2025, which consolidate 29 previous labour codes into four main codes: Wages, Social Security, Industrial Relations, and Occupational Safety and Health and how these reforms impact employee rights, including wages, working hours, social security, and job security, emphasizing that the laws apply to all sectors and types of employees, including permanent, fixed term, and gig workers.

The webinar also highlighted the importance of understanding these changes and spreading awareness among employees and employers, noting that the new laws aim to simplify and modernize the labour system with a focus on digital compliance and transparency. The webinar got a good number of participants around 100 plus and ended with an engaging Q&A session.
