RCPSDC in collaboration with AIRIA, WR - Pune Chapter, had organized SAMVAAD for Rubber industry in Pune on May 28, 2024. Deepak Karandikar, President MCCIA, graced the event as the esteemed Chief Guest. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with over four decades of experience, currently serves as MD & CEO at Praditi Pressparts Pvt. Ltd. and Managing Partner at Fine Fittings LLP.

Mr. Rajesh Mhaske, Chairman, Pune Chapter, WR, AIRIA started the event with his welcome speech by introducing the Chief Guest Mr. Karandikar: Mr. Vinod Patkotwar, Chairman, RCPSDC: Mr. Saif Mohammad, CEO, RCPSDC.

Mr. Patkotwar give short introduction and enlightened everyone present about RCPSDC and shared about how partnering with RCPSDC can benefit the rubber industry in Pune.

Further Mr. Mohammad of RCPSDC gave presentation on how skilling can improve the overall operations and performance of any company taking through points such as rubber & chemical market, business trends & latent loss, rubber & chemical Industry ecosystem shift (NEP). He also discussed about the RCPSDC's Marquee Project Saamarth - Empowering a Million Lives in Rubber and Utthaan - Skill on Wheels.
