As part of our efforts to help improve and increase exports opportunities for our members, we at AIRIA had worked closely with the Government to obtain sanction to hold Buyer Seller Meet in India.

The Government had sanctioned this to us, and we had been allowed to invite 150 hosted global buyers for various rubber products.

This event was scheduled to be held on 23rd and 24th March 2020 in New Delhi.

Your Managing Committee and the RBSM organizing committee had made every effort to hold a successful event where we had 135 confirmed buyers with another 50 on the waiting list. Unfortunately, the Corona Virus pandemic has become a major issue and, as you have seen on the News, our country has now closed its borders and no foreigner is allowed in till mid April.

This situation has forced us to sadly cancel the event and for those of you who registered to participate in the event we shall be refunding your deposits.

We will now discuss with the Ministry to reschedule this event and will come back to you with a new schedule of events once the situation caused by the Corona Virus settles.
