The Department of Commerce released on Tuesday a statement that said Kumho Petrochemical, Posco Daewoo and LG Chem are selling ESB(emulsion styrene-butadiene) rubber at unfair prices in the U.S. market.

Accordingly, it is imposing a 44-point-three percent antidumping duty on Kumho Petrochemical and Posco Daewoo, and a nine-point-66 percent penalty on other South Korean ESB rubber makers.

The U.S. International Trade Administration(ITA) said Kumho and Posco Daewoo were levied much higher duties due to their failure to answer a survey from the U.S. side.
